Food was good, nothing to complain about. Will definitely come back again! In my opinion, the food just came too quickly to be freshly prepared. But that may just be my imagination.

The food was greasy and the breading in excess .... unfortunately the meat was in short supply. The soups tasteless, the chicken salad was dressed with cheap dressing. The waitress patted my meat on an attempted return and was rated in terms of customer friendliness in the minus range. We will definitely not be back and will be happy to share our bad experiences.

We always loved the Phoenix, because it was delicious. The last time a week ago. Never again! There is a new menu and with this the prices were raised again. There is only baked duck and it was greasy, overgrown and just disgusting. The dishes with the roast duck are no longer there. And the boss was pretty stubborn. As I said, never again!

But!!!: - Operation extremely unfriendly and certainly not interested in the fact that the guest feels comfortable; speaks very bad German - we should table ourselves, I quote "search for myself" - can only be ordered exactly what is on the card (not even for a toddler was a small change in the menu possible) - look after the guest, ask if there are wishes; everything is fine? -> Nil Conclusion: We were the first and last time here!

In my childhood, this was my favorite place for Asian cuisine. If you love Far Eastern specialties, this is the place for you. The menu offers an extensive and delicious menu. The ambience and the background music creates a pleasant atmosphere for groups and individual visitors. The staff is professional, but there can be longer waiting times if the number of visitors increases. Overall, a clear recommendation!
